What you need to know

Location

Take a unique journey into Woorooroonan National Park with a stand up paddle board expedition through Goldsborough Valley. Picking you up from Cairns accommodation at 8am, you'll be driven to the starting point where safety briefs will take place and all possessions are packed away into dry bags. Then, the real fun begins as the group paddles up the river and finds a safe place for the lessons to take place before 45 minutes of paddling among the tranquil river streams hidden amongst the tropical rainforest.

Continuing to soak up the natural beauty of the valley, the group will walk their boards through soft rapids to reach the idyllic morning tea spot. Here you can rest, swim and admire the surroundings before the return paddle. This serene adventure sees you on the water for around 2 hours with a return transfer to Cairns arriving at approximately 2pm.
