Time

• Flights depart daily from Cairns Airport at 11.30am
• Upon completion of purchase, the flight operator MUST be contacted to confirm the exact flight time and hotel pick up time

• One (1) infant under their 3rd birthday may travel free of charge if seated on a guardian’s lap
• Children aged 3 and over require their own seat
• Cruise ship passengers are responsible for checking tour times prior to booking, and ensuring that tender times will suit; GSL will not honour refunds or cancellations within 24 hours, if guests cannot travel because of tender time restrictions
• A maximum of one infant per helicopter may travel as per CASA regulations
• There is a 125kg weight limit per individual passenger

Cancellation Policy

• Change your booking up to 24 before the start time of your experience
• Changes are not permitted within 24 hours of your experience
• Late arrivals and no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

• Upon completion of purchase, please print the voucher and present on day of the experience
